How We Make Money

How ForexInfoHub earns money through affiliate links, advertising and partnerships, how each is labelled, and why it never affects our ratings.

ForexInfoHub is free to read. Research, writing, testing and hosting cost money, and we pay for them through affiliate commissions, advertising and partnerships. This page explains each one and how you can spot it.

The short version

  • Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you open an account or buy a challenge through one, we may earn a commission. You do not pay more because of it.
  • We may show advertising and partner banners. They are always labelled.

How we earn money

1. Affiliate commissions

Some brokers and prop trading firms pay us when a reader clicks one of our links and then opens an account, makes a deposit or buys an evaluation. This is our main source of income. The price you pay is the same as if you had gone to the company’s website directly.

How to recognise it: articles that contain affiliate links start with a short disclosure. Partner buttons say “Visit” followed by the company name and are marked as affiliate links. Companies we have no deal with get a plain “Official website” link instead.

2. Advertising

We may show display advertising, for example from Google, in fixed spaces on our pages. Advertisers do not choose which articles their ads appear next to, and they have no say in what we write.

How to recognise it: every ad space is labelled “Advertisement”.

3. Partner banners and sponsored placements

Companies can also work with us directly, through banners or sponsored content. These deals are separate from our reviews and rankings.

How to recognise it: partner banners carry a “Partner” label. Paid placements are labelled ‘Featured’ or ‘Sponsored’, appear apart from our ranked lists and never show our rating. Sponsored articles say so at the top.

Our responsibility to you

Trading forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Prop firm evaluations are paid products, and many traders do not pass them. Our content is for information and education only. It is not investment advice, and a link or a high rating is not a recommendation that a product is right for you. Check that a broker is authorised by a regulator in your country before you open an account.

Questions or concerns

If something on our site looks like advertising that is not labelled, or you think a commercial relationship has influenced a review, please tell us through our contact page. Companies interested in advertising can find the options on our Advertise With Us page.
